| Description | The FD23 autoclave enables foot care professionals to conduct a reliable sterilization procedure of B/S cycles. The high-resolution 5-inch touchscreen colour display is self-explanatory and easy to operate. The integrated water pump ensures that the tanks fill and empty rapidly. The motorized locking and unlocking device of the door with closing aid makes the loading and unloading of instruments fast and safe. Complete traceability of the cycle data is ensured by automatically generated digital reports. A user management system allows the identification and assignment of users to the cycles performed. Reports can be sent in PDF format via USB, Ethernet or optionally via Wi-Fi. In addition, optional sterilization protocols or barcode labels containing the cycle data can be created and printed via an external printer. A time- and water-saving special program makes it possible to perform Class B cycles in no time. Five different sterilization cycles of 20 to 54 minutes duration can be carried out flexibly using start programming outside working hours. A dust protection filter protects against contamination and the water quality of the distillate is verified by a conductivity sensor. The High-dry technology permits precise and effective drying processes. The first major maintenance is due after 24 months or 3,000 cycles. Interim maintenance can be performed by the user. FD23.
