Care instructions:
Allow the pillow to cool completely between uses. Store in a dry place when not in use. Heat pillows with natural fillings cannot be washed completely with their contents – risk of mold! If necessary, remove the filling beforehand!

Important information:
• Never overheat the pillow – risk of burns!
• Do not leave the pillow unattended while heating!
• The application is intended to support self-therapy and does not replace a visit to the doctor!
• Do not use if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned!
• Please keep these instructions for use!

COLD USE
Place the pillow in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, protected by a plastic bag.

HEATING IN THE MICROWAVE
• Remove the pillow from its packaging.
• Place the grain pillow in the microwave. Position the pillow so that the turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of your microwave, you may need to fold the pillow in half.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended while heating. After heating, the pillow should remain in the microwave for approx. 30 seconds to allow the temperature to equalize.
• Remove the pillow from the microwave after heating and carefully check the temperature with your hands before using it.

CAUTION: ALWAYS PLACE A CUP OF WATER IN THE MICROWAVE!

Heat the pillow as follows:
• Pillow size 10 x 15 cm: approx. 1 minute at 600 watts
• Pillow size 19 x 19 cm: approx. 2 minutes at 600 watts
• Pillow size 24 x 25 cm: approx. 2.5 minutes at 600 watts
• Pillow size 20 x 50 cm: approx. 3 minutes at 600 watts

HEATING IN THE OVEN
• Remove the pillow from its packaging.
• Preheat the oven to 120°C using top and bottom heat and place the pillow flat on a clean, cold rack lined with baking paper. Place the rack on the middle shelf of the oven.
• Heat the pillow for approx. 20 minutes.
• Remove the pillow from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before using it.
