| Description | The new foil sealing device MELAseal® 100+ is the successor of the MELAseal® 100, which has been tried and tested many thousand times. It is distinguished by its efficiency and enhanced ease of operation. After a brief pre-heating time of approx. 2 minutes, the foils can be sealed successively without the need for pauses. The sealing weld width of 10 mm considerable exceeds the minimum width of 6 mm specified by EN 868-5. An electronically controlled optical an acoustic indication that the device is ready for operation is a new feature. The infinitely adjustable thermostat guarantees a freely selectable sealing temperature to enable packs that have been processed in different ways can be sealed. Housing made of brushed stainless steel. With the cutting system integrated in the device, the packs can be individually coordinated with the requirements of the practice and with the sizes of the instruments to be packaged. |
